Holidaying on the surf coast when my hard drive crashed with a whole stack of important files on it. Searched for IT experts and came across Joffrey who answered his phone on a Sunday. He was empathic, personable and professional and turned the job around in 3 days. Lucky for me, my files were recovered and not many were corrupted. But even if things hadn't worked out I would still be highly recommending Joffrey.

Highly recommended! Joffrey was fantastic to deal with! He was punctual, knowledgeable, well priced and friendly! Spoke in plain terms, so I could understand the issue I was facing. The only IT guy that was able to fix the issue long term! We've had 3 different IT people come through to only temporarily fix our issue - Joffrey has been the only one to supply a permanent solution.

I would highly recommend using NewWaveIT. Joffrey was so helpful in setting us up with a new mesh system as our network connection was very poor and we were running regular virtual workshops and needed a solution.
